The Bread Basket

THE BREAD BASKET The Bread Basket is locally owned and operated here in Giles County. It started out as a trial run, very small just by posting on my personal page and selling to friends and family only. The business grew and a Facebook page was created and then came the online store. The Bread Basket offers several different sweet breads along with some savory nonsweet breads, other favorite baked goods, and sourdough breads. I love to bake, it makes my heart happy. When I bake and use certain items in my kitchen that my grandmothers used, such as their measuring spoons and their mixing bowls, I’m reminded of how much love and joy they had for our family. I also remember moments in the kitchen with my own children laughing and sharing recipes and different techniques that have been passed down. Sweet times. Baking takes time and it’s not rushed… which means lots of love is poured into each item. If I can put a smile on someone’s face when I deliver their baked goods, my heart smiles. Everything is made from scratch which also makes it even more special. WE ARE A COTTAGE KITCHEN THAT OPERATES UNDER THE CURRENT FOOD FREEDOM ACT. BREAD BASKET PULASKI PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLERGEN FREE.
